As I meet voters around the 37th Middlesex district, one thing is clear.  The frustration level is high.  Republicans, Independents, and quite a few Democrats are telling me that they are at the breaking point in their patience with the leadership on Beacon Hill.

The honeymoon is apparently over for Governor Patrick.  He has been in office for well over a year, and his approval rating has steadily declined to the current level of just 40%.  Even strong supporters are baffled by the examples of poor judgment and unfulfilled campaign promises as documented in the Beacon Hill Watch.

The State Legislature provides us with daily examples of questionable ethics, political favors, and back-room deals that serve the special interests over our interests.  The voters are telling me that they have had enough of this Beacon-Hill style of politics.  They are ready for new leaders like me.  I am focused on driving change that makes sense for our citizens, our towns, and the Commonwealth.  I will use my experience in the real world of business to develop commonsense, forward-thinking solutions to our long-term challenges.

Thomas Jefferson once said that “every generation needs a revolution”.  This is the time for Massachusetts voters to revolt and force real change that focuses on solutions over partisan politics.  While Massachusetts voters may not gather to throw tea overboard as our forefathers did generations ago, they are ready to throw “politics-as-usual” overboard when they go to the polls on November 4th.

I look forward to the opportunity to earn your vote and ultimately receive the honor and privilege of representing you on Beacon Hill.

If you would like to help me build a better future for the great Commonwealth of Massachusetts, please volunteer to join my team. You can also help by making a financial contribution to my campaign today.

I look forward to hearing from you.
