Thank you for visiting my website to learn more about me and why I believe I can serve you well in Clark County District Court, Department 10.  As an attorney in Clark County for more than 25 years and the litigation partner in Leavitt, Sully & Rivers, I have had a great deal of experience before federal and district court judges in Clark County.  I filed for this office because I strongly believe that my background and expertise will make me a good addition to our legal system.

I am an AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell (the highest possible rating for competence and ethics for an attorney) and a member of the Clark County Bar, State Bar of Nevada, American and Nevada Indian Bar Associations.  I have also served two terms on the Clark County Bar Association’s Board of Directors and was Secretary of the Nevada Indian Bar Association.   I am honored to also be serving for 14 years as the first Judge of the Commercial Tribal Court for the Las Vegas Paiute Tribe.  

My qualifications, which include work as a litigator, an arbitrator, a mediator, and a judge for the Paiute Tribal Court, give me the background that a District Court judge needs.  My professional rating and reputation assure you that I will be a judge that will serve Clark County well and diligently.
