As your MLA, I have worked to protect Foothills-Rocky View’s small-town and rural life-style from urban sprawl. As Minister of Sustainable Resources, I have worked to protect the ecology of the Eastern Slopes making watershed and recreation the highest priority land-uses and stopping the spread of Pine Beetles from BC.

    I have and will continue to support policies that sustain Alberta’s economic prosperity and oppose policies that needlessly expand government’s role or create dependency on unsustainable government spending programs.

    I reject the Liberal-NDP economic policy that government’s role is to “fairly” divide Alberta’s economic “pie.” I proudly support our Government’s three decades of wealth-creation—of growing the “pie” and creating new wealth for all Albertans. To do this, I will continue to work for:
