BECOME A POLL WORKER

The Berkeley County Republican Executive Committee has the opportunity to recommend the names of registered Republicans to serve as poll workers for the Primary, General and any Special Elections held in Berkeley County.  With the number of precincts presently in use, we need hundreds of workers.  Since our county is growing, we anticipate that our need for additional poll workers will grow also.

You will be trained by the office of the County Clerk so you will know what to do when you serve. You will be required to stay at your post for a long day, but you will be paid well for your time and effort.  The County Clerk will pay you.

In order to qualify you must:

ü  Be a registered Republican in Berkeley County

ü  Be physically able to work a twelve-plus hour day

ü  Take the required training

There is a good chance that you will be called upon to work the General Election this November.  It is a great way to serve your County, your Party and yourself.
