Since my election in 2003, my office has offered secure, innovative and efficient new services.  An office-wide document imaging system was implemented to reduce the need for costly storage space.  My contract with DMV allows citizens to perform Virginia vehicle registration and titling services in my office and avoid long waits at DMV's full-service centers.  My office also became the first in the Commonwealth of Virginia to offer online vehicle tax account maintenance, the first to offer online business license renewals and the first with online business property reporting services.
