| Club Secretary BonnieSue Rosenwald |
 |
| Bonnie grew up in Northern, NJ. She met her husband Mark while owning a custom picture frame shop. They moved to Marlboro 26 years ago after starting a family. Bonnie and Mark have two children, Alexander and Rory. Her children and daughter-in-law, Stephanie are continuing their postgraduate work in education right here in Monmouth County. Bonnie loves raising and training dogs. She enjoys knitting; cooking; baking and most recently cake decorating. She has won numerous ribbons throughout the years at the Monmouth County Fair for baking and knitting. In fact this year she won the Best-in-Show ribbon.
Growing up, Bonnie saw her family always involved with town politics and volunteer work. She has tried to keep that family tradition by getting involved in Marlboro. Bonnie has always helped out at the schools her children were attending, whether volunteering, fundraising, managing an event or chairing a committee.
Bonnie served on the Freehold Regional High School District Board of Education for two terms. During her time on the Board, she was the policy chair for two years and the policy liaison to the administration for two years, chaired the committee for hiring a new demographer and was Vice-President of the Board for two years. She also sat on the expulsion committee for four years. Bonnie achieved the New Jersey School Board Association's Master Board Member certification.
Bonnie has been a strong, vocal advocate for all the High Schools in the district. Speaking out, as she has in the best interest of the children, Bonnie often faced harsh criticism and sometimes resentment from the other board members and the now plagued superintendent. Bonnie thought this inappropriate contention was a small price to pay for the benefits her strength gained the schools of the district. Bonnie has also been a member of the Marlboro Alliance for the Prevention of Substance Abuse for the last three years and was recognized for her continuing contributions.
