Mark has lived in Vernon for over 29 years. He has two adult children. His family has been active on the Swim Team, Cub Scouts, Boy and Girl Scouts and participated in the Rockville Downtown Association. Mark is an Engineering Project Manager. He has extensive experience balancing difficult technical, regulatory, and financial issues
