Stearns County Sheriff Endorses Larry Haws for 15B Seat

December 5, 2005 - Stearns County Sheriff, John Sanner, announced his support of Larry Haws for State Representative today. Mr. Haws and Sheriff Sanner have worked closely on crime prevention in Stearns County and it was this partnership that led Sheriff Sanner to endorse Mr. Haws.

"Larry works tirelessly to find workable solutions to problems, his responses are well thought out and are done so in a visionary way as to identify and avoid costly pitfalls.  This approach has given Larry bi-partisan respect and a reputation as someone who is committed to finding a new or better way to resolve issues without applying a temporary financial band-aid," said Sanner.

As a county commissioner, Mr. Haws has worked with Sheriff Sanner on public safety issues for more than seven years.  Mr. Haws reacted to the news of this important endorsement:
