You don't manage an event, you manage the details. And we are good detail managers.
We can also help create any kind of event you need – be it social, corporate, promotional or fundraising.
We will find the ideal location, develop the theme, layout the invitations, arrange the decorations, plan the menu, and book the entertainment – be it background music, specialty acts, or your own unique production. We can even write jingles or a song just for the occasion. We also manage registration, plan guest trips for convention spouses, and conduct follow up surveys
We can also help arrange a corporate event with specific training - from team building to sales training.
We also know the Northern Nevada area very well and can find unique locations for your event, as well as provide your guests with fun and different side trips.
We have experience in planning conferences, media events, seminars, annual parties, office retreats, and concerts - just about any event. But we don’t do weddings!

Over 10 concerts for Cami Thompson, including several of her "A Holiday Evening with Cami" concerts that raised money for Special Olympics.
Fundraising dinners & auctions for the Nevada Humane Society, the Nevada Opera Association and many other non profits.
Managed the Great Truckee River Duck Race for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, including concerts by the family band "Trout Fishing in America."
Coordinated the Conservative Leadership Conference in October 2007. This highly successful event included appearances from three presidential candiates.
