Further pleading in the ECHR in the case of Doss v Switzerland, arising out of mismanagement and corruption at the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).

Great article in the American Conservative Jan 15, 2007 issue that describes why the UN is destined to fail--all about the fundamental assumption that "diversity" is better when in fact it makes most distrustful of those around them. Presumably, that is why the UN today can be defined (at least as it relates to some of its senior officials) ...the abuse of power to achieve wealth and the abuse of wealth to achieve power.

Attached is a 1996 table from the Us State Department showing the THOUSANDS of foreign diplomats and UN staff members who roam the US subject to no law or court--frightening!!! The second page shows the commercial debts this bad news crowd racked up. Why do they have immunity????

Test case filed in US Supreme Court in May 2006 challenging the UN's immunity from US law. The case was dismissed without comment by the Court in October 2006, and the case is now proceeding in the US District Court for Southern District of New York.
