Meet Rebecca James

Rebecca James attended Clark College and earned a Bachelors degree at Washington State University Vancouver. She has lived in the 17th district of Vancouver almost her whole life. Rebecca was an outstanding bass player at Prairie High School. Playing the bass and taking pictures are some of Rebecca’s favorite hobbies. Joseph and Rebecca love reading, learning, hiking, photography, and charity work just to name a few things.
