Dear Friends and Family,

Welcome to our web site! It has been almost four years since you re-elected me as your representative to the Hercules City Council. Again, thank you!

Our city is now in a better position; we are now generating new revenues, new businesses, new Hercules Public Library, new Hercules Teen Center, new commercial buildings, new jobs, new houses in all levels, new infrastructures for the future, new schools, and most of all, improve the quality of life in our community.

I am running for re-election because we still have a lot of work to do for the betterment of our community and its future, for our children and our children's future.  I will continue to work on the completion of projects such us the walkable pedestrian friendly Waterfront Commercial and Live Work Development, Hercules Multi Inter Modal transit Center, Amtrak Station Capital Corridor, Water Transit (Ferry Services to San Francisco and the Bay Area), New Elementary School, New Open Space And Parks, work with BCDC to establish a Water Trail, the completion of the Bay Trail and Ridge Trail.

I will continue to work with the multiple levels of government, national, state, regional and local agencies for the purpose of building a strong economic foundation for our city's needs especially public safety, education, transportation and community service programs for all ages without sacrificing our quality of life and the environment.    

Let's continue our City's progressive path such as our Business, Economic and Community Development Plans; Traffic Implementation Plans so we can all proudly say that "I LIVE IN THE DYNAMIC CITY OF HERCULES", Contra Costa's Best Kept Secret, HERCULES BY THE BAY!

I will continue to be a strong advocate for policies and programs that make sense, that are environmentally sensitive, and that are caring and responsive to the concerns and needs of our community.
