Welcome to the website!
As Colorado’s 37th Attorney General, I have been honored to help protect Colorado’s people, land and water.
I have worked hard to shield our children from internet predators, to combat mortgage and foreclosure fraud, to successfully resolve Colorado’s largest hazardous waste site litigations and to protect ‘every drop’ of water possible for the residents of Colorado.
Since becoming Attorney General in 2005, I have spent a great deal of time traveling throughout Colorado and listening to the concerns of citizens like yourself. I have listened to concerns about financial exploitation of the elderly, identify theft and the protection and proper development of Colorado’s many natural resources. I take my responsibilities as Colorado’s chief law enforcer and legal advisor to state government very seriously. My commitment is that no one in Colorado is above the law and everyone in Colorado is entitled to fair enforcement of the law.
