Hi!  I am Samuel (Sam) Cleaver and I am running for the position of Santa Rosa County Commissioner, District 1.

I live in Pace, Fl. With my wife Elizabeth (Liz) and wonderfull daughter Alana!

I am running to make sure that when my four-year old daughter graduates school, that Santa Rosa County is a place where she would like to live.  I have over 15 years of management experience, and I am a small business owner in Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties.  I have the experience of long term forcasting, planning and the ability to lead our county through planned and contorlled growth management.  What this means is enhancing the recruitment of industry to come to our area, developing our infastructure, and providing the necessary training and manpower for our Fire and Sheriff departments, while working with our budget constraints.  I am not saying it will be easy, and I am not saying it will happen over night, but with proper planning it can be accomplished.
