Faith & Family Values

James Broadwater will fight to protect all innocent human life from conception to natural death, to protect marriage as being between one man and one woman only, and to protect our children and all our citizens from violence and filth in the media. James supports a Human Life Amendment and a Marriage Protection Amendment to the Constitution.

Security & Illegal Immigration

James Broadwater does not support granting amnesty to people who have broken the law. He supports keeping illegal aliens out of our country, deporting the ones who are here, and punishing business owners who hire them - especially those who advertize for them in foreign media.

A Strong and Ready Military

James Broadwater believes in always having a strong and ready military in order to provide for a strong national defense and to protect our interests abroad.

Education

James Broadwater believes in providing a Christian, moral education for our children and opposes curriculum that promotes homosexuality or Islam.

The Economy

James Broadwater knows that job creation is the engine of opportunity.

Criminal Justice

James Broadwater believes that we need to enforce the laws that we already have. He says, “The safety and security of American families is a top priority of mine."

Guns & Second Amendment Rights

James Broadwater believes in and supports the Second Amendment which affirms our right to possess guns and opposes an assault weapons ban.

Pro-Life Legislation

James Broadwater will work to outlaw all abortion in America, surgical, chemical, and otherwise. He knows that the unborn children of America can't afford to wait, and he supports a Human Life Amendment to the Constitution.

Government Reform

James Broadwater believes that government should be lean but efficient. We need to reduce waste, increase productivity, and reduce government spending.

Property Rights

James Broadwater believes that government should not be able to take private property away from individuals or churches without a "compelling public interest."
