Be a Good Neighbor, BE FAIR!

As a candidate for the Rhode Island House of Representatives here in District 59, my motivation is to "MAKE OUR NEIGHBORHOODS SAFER AND AFFORDABLE FOR OUR FAMILIES"
I grew up in an extremely liberal home, but later on lived in a Socialist country for 3 1/2 years and saw first-hand the negative impact of the "Welfare State" on people's lives. I have been to 27 states and 20 countries, including numerous visits to the Third World, and have seen with my own eyes truly "needy" people who could use a little help from a good neighbor.
Born during John F. Kennedy's term in the White House, I am a "Blue Dog Democrat": low, reasonable taxes, and a spirit of volunteerism and helping your neighbors in need.

I moved to Pawtucket in January of 2001, met the most wonderful woman in the world in 2003, and married her in 2004. My wife Eliomise is an orphan, a missionary from Haiti. She will be returning to Rhode Island very soon with our beautiful sons Bensley and Ryan.
Thank you for joining with our neighborhood families who are only asking for fairness, being treated as equals, by a common sense government that lives within its means...the same thing we expect of ourselves.
+We believe in being a good neighbor, and expect the same in return.
+ We believe in charity - direct person-to-person help for people who are truly needy - but we don't appreciate being forced - via high taxes - to give our hard-earned money to people who will not help themselves.
+We believe politicians should live by the same rules as the taxpayers who pay their salaries and healthcare
+We openly welcome hardworking lawful immigrants, but are insulted that we are expected to support thousands of illegal aliens who refuse to play by the rules.
+We don't believe insiders and special interests should dictate the agenda for our neighborhoods, so we refuse PAC money and donations from political cronies
THANK YOU again for helping to improve our neighborhoods here in Pawtucket and throughout Rhode Island. I DON'T EXPECT YOU TO AGREE WITH ME ON EVERY SINGLE ISSUE, but I do feel that you owe it to yourself and your neighborhood to study the issues which affect you and make the right choice for your family on September 9th.
