Time for Change

Tony Klimek will provide a much-needed change in the entrenched good-old-boy business-as-usual Butler County politics. The important issues are not being addressed.  The incumbents have a stronger affiliation to large banks and lobbyists rather than their constituents in Butler County.  They have been selected and elected based on party affiliation.    It is time for a community representative that will address the tough issues and get action on the issues that matter.  It is Time for Change.  It is time for Tony Klimek.

Tony Klimek will:

  • Bring a fresh Democrat viewpoint to Butler County politics.
  • Represent the views he understands because he has lived and been an active member of the community for more than 12 years.
  • Use his traditional family experience and values to compassionately represent the 55th District.
  • Work with Governor Strickland to bring true reform to education funding in Ohio. Tony will work to end the constant property tax levy cycles plaguing Middletown, Monroe, and Lakota School Districts.  Our children deserve better than the incumbent's system.
  • Work to fix the impending funding shortfalls facing our school districts and communities as the tangible property tax is phased out and replaced by the CAT tax.  We need to ensure funding for our first responders and others in our communities.
  • Stand up for our communities and not the unscrupulous banks and lenders that see our communities as a way to make money while shirking their responsibility.  See Tony Klimek’s Column on Home Foreclosures.
  • Work on the important issues that have simply been ignored by the incumbents.
  • Stop the partisan games that slow progress in Ohio.
