2007 Election Timetable for Morrisville Residents

October 8                    Beginning date to request an Absentee ballot by mail

(No Excuse Required).

October 9           ELECTION DAY – 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM

                             Town of Morrisville residents vote on 3 Bonds:

COMMUNITY COLLEGE BONDS – up to $92,000,000

LIBRARY FACILITIES BONDS- up to $45,000,000

OPEN SPACE BONDS - up to $50,000,000

October 12                  Last day to register, change your party affiliation or your

address.  The voter registration form must be postmarked by/or hand delivered by this date. 

October 18                  One-Stop Voting Begins.  No Excuse Required.

October 30                  5:00 PM -- Last day to receive absentee requests.  Exception:  for sickness or physical disability, see November 5.

November 3                1:00 PM  -- One-Stop Voting Ends.

November 5                5:00 PM  -- All voted absentee ballots must be in the Board of Elections office.

5:00 PM  -- Last day to make a written request in person for voters unable to go to the voting place on election day due to sickness or physical disability. 

November 6       ELECTION DAY – 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM
