Thank You!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the people of District 38 for re-electing me as their Mississippi State Senator.  I am grateful to the voters of Adams, Amite, Pike, Walthall, and Wilkinson Counties for your support and especially for your vote on Election Day.

When I first decided to seek public office I did so because I wanted to find solutions to complex issues affecting Education, Health Care,  and Jobs in our area. I made a pledge to be a full-time Senator who would work hard for the best interests of the people who elected me to represent them. Over the past four years I have done that and I pledge to continue to do so.

While campaigning, knocking on doors, and shaking hands at grocery stores, I had a wonderful opportunity to speak with thousands of friends, neighbors and constituents about issues of concern to them. I will take these concerns and suggestions with me to the next Legislative Session in January and I will be thinking of them as I fulfill my committee duties during the year.

If you have concerns that you have not expressed with me personally, please phone, write, fax or e-mail me. Let me know how I can be of service to you. My phone number is 601-680-4281, my address is 2018 Hawthorne Drive, McComb, MS  39648, my fax number is 601-680-4281 and my e-mail address is kbutler@senate.ms.gov.

Again, thank you for your vote of confidence and your encouraging, uplifting support.  Working together, I know we can do great things.

Sincerely,

Senator Kelvin E. Butler
