| Michael Williamson is a twenty year resident of Mission Viejo, California.
Michael, a twin, was born in Pontiac, Michigan and lived primarily in Hazel Park, Michigan (Detroit).
After high school, Michael joined the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He received his initial training at Parris Island, South Carolina, with assignment in California.
In the private sector, Michael began as a hands on employee and quickly rose through the ranks until he managed restaurants, a lumber company and a termite-pest control company.
In the public work force, Michael, a Police Sergeant, has been a law enforcement professional for more than twenty-five years.
During Michael's law enforcement career he was awarded more than 50 commendations for exceptional duty performance, was commended for bravery while under an attacker's gunfire and was commended for life saving.
In addition to his law enforcement career, Michael, while working full-time, earned a Criminal Justice Degree (with honors) and a Law Degree (Juris Doctor).
Michael is also a practicing Lawyer and a Part-Time College Criminal Justice Professor.
Michael’s education and experience as a law enforcement professional, combined with his legal expertise and deep understanding of criminal justice matters created an individual uniquely qualified to understand the challenges involved in providing for a secure country, without infringing on the Constitutional Rights of citizens.
Michael married Danna Smith, they are the parents of two grown children, Christina and Michael II. They are also the grandparents of, Michael III, Haven and Arik. |
