Re-registering as "Decline to State"

20.03% of California voters are registered as "Decline to State"; and will likely have 4 ballot options in the 2010 Primary:  (1) Nonpartisan, (2) American Independent Party, (3) Republican Party, (4) Democratic Party ballot.

A 'Decline to State"  might be able to request one of the 4 ballots at the polling place, or from his/her County Resistrar of Voters if voting by mail.
