| Phil Collins |

| Phil Collins started volunteering for politicians, in 1978, when he lived in Kansas and, at age 11, walked precincts for Nancy Kassebaum, the first time that she was elected to the U.S. Senate. He has a B.A., in political science, from the University of Arkansas. He volunteered at the 1988, 1996, 2000, and 2008 Republican National Conventions. When he lived in California, 1996-2001, he volunteered for five congressional candidates, including Bob Dornan. He worked, as a paid campaign employee, for John Cox’s U.S. Senate campaigns, 2001-’02 and 2003 and for Major General John Borling’s (USAF-ret.) U.S. Senate campaign, 2003-’04. For John Cox, Phil recruited 53 volunteers, from 40 counties. Phil has been a member of the ICRC since Apr. 2003 and has been a member of the Republican Assembly of Lake County since Dec. 2002. Phil has been a member of the ICRC steering committee since Sept. 2005. He was the ICRC secretary, Aug. 2006-July '09, and he's been the ICRC executive director since July 25, '09. He's been the ICRC webmaster since Aug. 2006. In Jan.-Mar. 2006, he walked seven precincts for Warren Township (Lake Co.) Supervisor Sue Simpson, for her state senate campaign, and she defeated St. Sen. Geo-Karis, who had been in the legislature for more than 30 years. In Mar. 2006, he ran against Rep. Mark Kirk, in the primary, as a write-in candidate. The Daily Herald stated that Phil received 144 votes, although he didn't spend any money on his campaign. Sept. 2007-Feb. '08, he was the volunteer coordinator of Mike Psak's U.S. Senate campaign. He ran for delegate to the Republican National Convention, for ex-Gov. Huckabee, and he received more votes than a state rep. & a county clerk, combined. Since July 2009, he's been Adam Andrzejewski's northern Cook Co. coordinator.
In Apr. 2006, he retired from the navy, with 21 years of service, 11 on active duty and 10 in the reserves. He was stationed near Baghdad, in the Triangle of Death, Sept. 2004-Mar. ’05.
Since July 2005, he’s been an account executive for Martin E. Janis & Company, a P.R. company which is in downtown Chicago. |

| Liz Eilers |

| Liz was born in Litchfield, IL and attended Lutheran colleges and Sangamon State University, majoring in political studies. Liz has had a career in sales and has spent most of her time self-employed. She has been active in conservative causes and campaigns, lobbying with Concerned Women for America-Illinois, involved in local campaigns, and helping out with John Cox's campaign for U.S. Senate. Liz has served as the Assistant Downstate Director for Jim Oberweis for governor. Liz is the underwriting director for Illinois Channel. She presently serves on the board of Springfield Right to Life. One of Liz's passions is to see the end of abortion. Having found that those who have no moral objection to abortion can not be reconciled with morality as the basis of any dilogue, Liz does public speaking and writing on "The socio-economic impact of abortion in America." Since 1991, she has been a single mom. Her son, Derek, is now married, and her daughter Christina remains at home while in high school. As an active member of her church, Hope Evangelical Free church, she enjoys serving on the Ambassador Team (greeter) and the choir. Liz has a unique ministry with "Gospel Dog," while performing on stages all over the Midwest, opening for many famous Christian music artists, and through TV and radio that has reached al over the world.

| Bill Leubscher |

| Bill Leubscher, born and raised in Evergreen Park, Illinois, received his A.A. in Film & Theatre from Moraine Valley College and then went on to receive a B.A. in Film/Video at Columbia College, concentrating in Critical Studies and Media Relations.
While at Columbia, he was the lone conservative elected to one of five at large seats on the Student Government Association at the overwhelmingly left-wing college of 20,000 students. As an SGA trustee, he chaired the Election & Rules Committee at Columbia and was also named Outstanding Student Leader of the Year twice. While there, he led the effort against MAP grant cuts from the Illinois legislature, led the successful effort to sell the college President’s unused Gold Coast residence, and spoke out against the College Board’s anti-war resolution passed without student consultation.
Bill was one of the select few chosen as delegate to both the National Student Leadership Conference in St. Louis and to the Arts, Media & Liberty seminar in Philadelphia. He has served in over a dozen high profile campaigns past and present, including Maureen Murphy for Cook County Board of Review, Pat O’Malley for Governor, and thrice as Press Secretary and Spokesman for Ray Wardingley for U.S. Congress. Bill is active in various political organizations including the Worth Township Young Republicans and the Republican Liberty Caucus of Illinois. A member of the steering committee of the Illinois Center Right Coalition since 2005, Bill currently serves as the organization’s Executive Director.
Bill, age 27, is currently single. He is a regular contributor to FreeRepublic.com, and is accomplished screenwriter, editor, caricature artist, and digital effects designer. He enjoys "Star Trek," in his free time and is a descendant of the famous U.S. Senator and orator Daniel Webster
