Working committees are established by the Steering Committee and are led by members of the Steering Committee with each Steering Committee member serving on at least one working committee. Leaders of these working committees are as follows:

Steering Committee members working on each of the above committees were charged with recruitment of members for their respective subcommittees from the general membership of the ICRC.

All committee meetings are open to the general membership of the ICRC.
