As a small-business owner and volunteer, Kathy Webb understands the issues facing our community. She knows what it takes to be an effective leader. She's had hands-on experience working to solve problems and bringing people together.

As a legislator, Kathy has fought for expanded access to health care, increased dollars for Pre-K programs and accountability in education, tax fairness, smart economic development, and for addressing the potential devasting impact of climate change.
