The Security and Prosperity Partnership / North American Union is an extension of NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement).  The SPP/NAU does not require any treaty or agreement between the leaders of the United States, Canada and Mexico.  President Bush does not need legislation from Congress.  There is no official printed government document for the merger of the three countries.

Since the SPP's launch at the 2005 Waco, Texas Summit some 20 working groups have been integrating our nation's agriculture, banking, judiciary, immigration, infrastructure, military, Social Security, transportation and some 300 areas of concern.  America's bureaucracies and elitist groups are working with Canada's and Mexico's equivalents to bring into reality the proposals of the SPP/NAU "think tanks".
