Second Amendment

Paul Richmond believes the second amendment is an integral part of our constitutional rights.  It was put there specifically so that we could defend ourselves against a tyrannical government.  At a time when we are subjected to incredible intrusions into our other basic liberties by the government the reason for the Second Amendment could not be clearer.
