For many years the majority of U.S. citizens have supported Impeachment of Bush and Cheney. For example in a recent MSNBC Poll 89% stated they believed that between the secret spying, the deceptions leading to war and more, there is plenty to justify putting (George W. Bush) on trial. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/10562904.
Unfortunately, the majority of elected Representatives have gone against this.
On Monday June 9, 2008 Rep. Dennis Kucinich introduced 35 Articles of Impeachment against President Bush. On Wednesday June 11, Congress, went against the majority of citizens and sent this to the Judiciary Committee. Some say this is where bills go to die.
The Judiciary Committee needs to hear from you so this does not simply die in committee. As always, if the parade is large enough, most of our elected officials will be happy to jump in front of it.

Richmond has advocated for, submitted testimony, given presentations and otherwise lobbied for the Impeachment of Bush and Cheney for more than five years.
The photo below depicts Paul Richmond sitting behind the incumbent holding an “Impeach Bush” sign at a picnic held by the Democratic Party in 2007. The incumbent was adamant that Impeachment not be talked about. It was, of course what a majority of his constituents did want to talk about, and eventually did.
