GENERAL INFORMATION:
Meetings are the 3rd Monday of the Month, 7 p.m. in the Morgan County Commission Room of the Courthouse in Berkeley Springs. Other locations will be noted. During January and February, due to Holidays, meetings will be the 4th Monday.
Meetings during the Summer will be picnics. Come join us with a covered dish. Hot dogs provided. Summer meetings begin 6:30 p.m.
MEMBERSHIP: Club Membership is $5.00 per year. You do not have to be a member to come to a meeting.

June 15 - Paw Paw Park, Rt. 9 West
July 20 - Great Cacapon Grove, Rt. 9 West
August 17 - Cacapon State Park pavilion near beach area, Rt. 522 South

SPECIAL SPEAKERS:
The September meeting's special speaker will be former Senator Steve Harrison of Cross Lanes, WV. More info. to come soon.
He was born in Kanawha County and has a triple concentration of Economics, Political Science and Organizational Behavior & Management from Brown University.
Harrison served in the State Senate until 2006, when he did not seek reelection. Prior to being elected to the Senate in 2002, he served 5 terms in the West Virginia House of Delegates. At the time he left the legislature, Harrison was the longest-serving Republican legislator in the history of Kanawha County. He has worked in the banking industry for more than 18 years and is currently Vice President/Public Relations at a West Virginia community bank. Harrison has stayed active in politics since leaving the State Senate and was a delegate to the Republican National Convention in 2008.
PAST MEETINGS:
At the May meeting at Pleasant View Community Center, we enjoyed the inspirational words of Delegate Jonathan Miller (Berkeley County) on making our party stronger and better.
For 2 years, Jonathan Miller has served as Delegate for southern Berkeley County. During this time, he has served on the Education Committee, Health and Human Resources Committee, and Constitutional Revision Committee. Jonathan also currently serves as General Chairman of the Republican Legislative Committee.
