Common Sense Plan
Lowering taxes
New Jersey residents pay some of the highest property taxes in the nation, By eliminating wasteful spending, making our cities self sufficient and developing a business environment that encourages growth, we can finally see real tax relief. On average, property taxes have increased 7.2% each year over the past five years, while state funding to municipalities and schools has been slashed.
Improving Education
Currently there is an imbalance in the dollar to student ratio spent between inter-city students and suburban students. There is also overcrowding in districts that have lost their parochial schools. By eliminating redundancies and consolidating school districts and services we can lower school budgets for all of New Jersey school districts while improving the quality of education.
Affordable Healthcare
Why wait for universal healthcare when we can start here? South Jersey has some of the most top rated healthcare facilities in the region. We can work hand in hand with the insurance companies and healthcare providers alike to bring affordable healthcare to all of our residents.
Change
This year we have a decision to make. We can choose to stick with the current administration and its candidates that have been selected rather than elected, or we can to choose to go down a different road. We can choose to elect new leaders, Leaders with new and brighter ideas for our future and a better New Jersey. Leaders who will fight to cut taxes and eliminate wasteful spending. Leaders who will preserve the quality of life and the standard of living for our future and the future of our children. Leaders that fight to improve the quality of education for all students by creating an even standard of education for both urban and suburban students. Leaders who will fight to improve the quality of living for those on fixed incomes. We need Leaders who will fight to improve healthcare and make it more affordable for its residents.
We can choose to keep sending jobs out of New Jersey, or we can choose to grow businesses and create jobs in our own towns. We have the highest unemployment rate in the region, let?s fight to change that. We need to choose if we want to return control of our cities to its own leaders or if we want to keep the added level of bureaucracy of state control and continue to pour more of our local tax dollars to support New Jersey?s cities.
The choice is ours. Our nation is at a crossroads. We can choose to keep New Jersey the way it is, or we can choose new leaders. Leaders that will lead New Jersey down the road to a brighter future. I may not have all the answers but I can tell you I will try my hardest to get those answers and be the voice of our residents.
On November 3rd the choice is yours to change New Jersey.
